"Kado" bench

Kado bench was created in an attempt to develop a concept for a bench where leftover boards of larch from Genbyg could be optimized in a simple design. The length and width of the boards helped to define the dimensions of the bench, where the design language arose from a desire to make divisions that separate seats from legs. The seating surface consists of residual materials from the material Forescolor and can also be found in ten different color combinations. In connection with the construction of the Japanese-inspired restaurant Gaijin in Ravnsborggade, they chose two benches for their outdoor dining with yellow seats, just like the color of their logo.
