Materials :  Beech wood, electric wires, superglue and paint.

To try to incorporate materials that are not usually found in furnitures I thought that it would be really interesting to use electric wires as the surface on a chair.

 

I like to combine old with new so I found an old classic chair that I modified by sanding the legs to be thinner and removing most of the back. I then got some copper wire in five different colors and wound a color of each one to each separate leg or back.

The wires on the legs and back really defines the shapes of the chair and makes it appear quite strong.
